Where it all began...

Sweetums Signatures started by accident actually. I had a corporate position where I traveled constantly; I was never home. Liking my job, but miserably missing my home, I did a little soul searching and took a chance…

The word “entrepreneur” is a word we throw around lightly in my family. My mom owns a flower shoppe and my dad owns a tent and table rental business. My in-laws own a salon and an excavating company, and my husband races sprint cars. So naturally it’s in my blood.

When decals for my husband’s race car became too expensive, I purchased some equipment and started making them myself… I mean really, how hard could it be? From something that started so small, grew an addiction, a passion, and a way out of my corporate misery.

In January of 2007, Sweetums Signatures was born. I quit my corporate position soon after and never looked back. Since then we’ve added more help and more equipment. I work more then ever, but I absolutely love what I do, and I don’t travel away from home anymore. In October of 2010 my husband and I had our first child, a baby girl. I couldn’t imagine one day without her. I am so thankful for the many blessings in my life, and a true believer that everything really does happen for a reason.

About Our Designer

Margo E. Puffenberger
Margo comes up with many designs for Sweetums Signatures. She attended Kent State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of arts degree in visual communications design with a minor in advertising.

Working as an in-house designer and freelance designer, she has successfully managed multiple projects from concept through production in a variety of mediums and continue to have the desire to work in all realms of graphic design. Shipping Information

We ship all orders every 24 hours (During USPS Business Hours) using the Priority Mail Service through the United States Post Office. Priority mail states a 2-3 day delivery (eastern states generally receive theirs earlier - we are in Ohio) so customers can expect their decal to arrive usually within 5 business days. Every order gets a delivery confirmation number (in the US) when your order ships so you can track your package.

Our decals are all made to order. On a very rare occasion we will ship within 48 hours if we are extremely slammed, but 99% of the time it's within 24 hours. During post office holidays however, our orders will be backed up one business day that week.

Order as much as you want for only $5.50 up to $100. After $100, your shipping is free! Shipping does not include insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us and we will add that on to your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Sweetums Signatures stand behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will do our best to make you happy. Every case is different, and rarely ever have issues. But if for some reason you are not happy, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.

Special Note: Please check your shipping address carefully. We use a shipping manager that catches most glitches in addresses, however the manager accepts the address and the package is returned due a mistake written by the purchaser, we will have to re-ship at the buyers expense (another $5.50).
